You will NOT be charged at the time of booking your appointment.

The pricing shown when you book your appointment is our no-show/cancellation fee; in the event that you do not show up or if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the total amount listed.

You must be 18 years or older at the time of your appointment with no exceptions. We require a government-issued photo ID during your visit. We do not pierce minors, even with parental consent.

We do NOT pierce with ready-to-wear/butterfly back style earrings. We are members of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) and the jewelry we pierce with is held to the highest standards that we must abide by.

We do NOT pierce with seam rings, but are more than happy to install them into your healed piercings. Piercing with studs assists in the healing process and reduces the risk of irritation substantially.

Do you already own jewelry reputable piercing companies that you want to use? Please email us prior to your appointment so that we can confirm that the pieces meet our standards.

If you are bringing jewelry with you to be installed during your appointment, there will be a $20 installation fee per every four pieces ($20 for 1-4pcs, $40 for 5-8pcs, etc). If necessary, there may be an additional $5 tool fee depending on the complexity of the service, but we will absolutely keep you informed throughout the appointment.

Our calendar opens at 10am EST on the first day of each month for the month following it. For example, appointments for all of February open on January 1st at 10am EST.
